Over 30 Years of Creative Experience

Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, I am a passionate graphic designer with more than 30 years of experience in design, branding, print production, and print management. My love for art and creativity began at a young age, and by high school I knew I wanted to pursue a career in design. That passion continues to drive my work and commitment to learning every day.

My Story

After earning my bachelor's degree in Art and Graphic Design, I began my career painting signs for a grocery store before expanding my skills at two commercial printing companies, where I gained extensive hands-on experience in both design and print production. I also owned and operated a custom banner business, creating hand-painted banners for weddings, birthdays, businesses, and special events.


I later spent 10 years as the in-house designer for a national nonprofit organization before launching my freelance design business, DESIGN 6|3|9, in 2008. That organization remains a customer today. 


My specialties include print design and print management, with experience handling projects of all sizes, from small business marketing materials to large-scale print campaigns and event graphics. With a strong understanding of both creative design and the printing industry, I help clients achieve high-quality results while ensuring projects are produced efficiently and cost-effectively.
